GetIP.to provides IP address lookup services, including geolocation information, ISP details, and network data. The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.

Rate Limiting

The Service implements rate limiting to ensure fair usage and service availability. Currently, the limit is set to 30 requests per minute per IP address. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate IP geolocation and network information, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Geolocation data is approximate and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by GetIP.to and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETIP.TO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetIP.to and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service may use third-party services for IP geolocation data. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of these third-party services.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
